Dee Wallis

Hi Dee.  Great to see you.  Please tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Dee Wallis and I'm 40 years old.

I'm a senior reporting radiographer in the NHS, and I also have a beautiful 2 year old daughter named Keira.

How would you describe your daily routine?

Hectic!  Haha.

Between juggling my work, looking after Keira and also trying to squeeze in a couple of workout sessions per week, each day is pretty full.

You look great for 40 Dee!  Do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Yeah, I try to, although not obsessively.

I generally try to cook reasonably healthily each day, and usually pack a lunch for work to keep me away from the tea room snacks...haha.

Regarding fitness, I've become a big devotee of F45 training and try to get to 2 - 3 classes per week.  I just love the variety and speed of the classes.  It's a great workout.

How do you treat yourself, food wise?

I think everyone needs to strike a balance and treat themselves regularly.  I still love Dominos on most weekends!

How did you discover Bondi Coffee?

I've been friends with Bondi Coffee's founder Misha since university, and when she told me about the Bondi Coffee concept and gave me some samples I've been hooked ever since.

How does Bondi Coffee help you?

Bondi helps me in a few ways.  As a reporting radiographer I have to make sure I'm at 100% concentration levels at all times, and one cup of Lean-Green in the morning and early afternoons really helps me maintain focus and mental alertness.

Workout Booster does what it says on the tin - it gives a tremendous burst of energy virtually as soon as you drink it.  It makes you want to rip into your workouts and give it your all every single time.

What else do you like about Bondi Coffee?

As a lifelong Vegan, it's important that both coffee blends are 100% natural and vegan society certified.  It gives you confidence that what you're ingesting is good for you - as well as tasty!

Any final words?

Keep up the good work Bondi Coffee!  I don't know what I'd do without you now.
